Confusing management, terrible customer service The man stole some suits from me that I sold him and he never paid me.

Very bad experience. They deliver dirty suits (evidence annex), wrinkled, the color of the jacket differs from the color of the pants, the place is very dirty, the people who serve leave much to be desired. What bothered me the most is that the man who attends is a very liar, although I showed him the dirty shirt and suit, he told me that they had had it washed, when I showed him the wrinkled jacket, shirt and pants, he told me that if they had been ironed, when I showed him the differences in tones between the pants and the jacket he told me that he did see them the same.... I did not accept the suit, the bad thing is that I had left an advance, when I asked for my return, He told me that he did not bring cash and that they would deposit me later, I gave him my bank details so they could do it. That was on February 10 to date I have not received my refund yet. He no longer answers my messages or calls. I put this here so that the same thing doesn't happen to you, don't go there, take precautions, there are better places, cheaper and with much better quality, and above all with better attention from the staff.
