★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi no alcanzamos a rentar la México Mansión porque ya estaban las fechas saturadas, pero tuvimos la fortuna de rentarla y fue de lo mejor que hemos decidido. Habitaciones enormes y mucho espacio para disfrutar esas tan ansiadas vacaciones. Con las 2 albercas todos éramos peces en el agua, conviviendo y comiendo los manjares de mariscos que prepara la Chef, y nuestro Barman se llevó la medalla por esos drinks perfectos. Estamos programando la siguiente visita a la villa.
 We hardly managed to rent the México Mansión because the dates were already saturated, but we were fortunate to rent it and it was the best thing we have decided. Huge rooms and plenty of space to enjoy that long-awaited vacation. With the 2 pools we were all fish in the water, living together and eating the seafood delicacies that the Chef prepares, and our Barman won the medal for those perfect drinks. We are scheduling the next visit to the villa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos familia grande y nos gustan los espacios amplios y agradables, la Villa Majestic nos exaltó de felicidad porque fue la mejor temporada juntos, los hermanos y los tíos no cabían de alegres. Villa magnífica, el staff se sacó un 10 atendiéndonos. Unos arriba en el jacuzzi, otros en la alberca, los grandes en el bar de la terraza y los primos en el área lounge y podíamos estar en todos lados gracias al elevador. ¡Comida y bebidas excelentes y muy bien todo!
We are a large family and we like spacious and pleasant spaces, Villa Majestic exalted us with happiness because it was the best season together, the brothers and uncles were not happy. Magnificent villa, the staff got a 10 serving us. Some upstairs in the jacuzzi, others in the pool, the big ones in the terrace bar and the cousins in the lounge area and we could be everywhere thanks to the elevator. Excellent food and drinks and very good everything!

I loved the villa, very beautiful. The lounge area at night is perfect for the whole family, with great moments and a great view. The service was up to scratch. All perfect. We look forward to returning soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay comparación entre un Hotel de 5 Estrellas o Gran Turismo con el servicio, atención y comodidades que puedes tener al rentar una villa de lujo como ésta. Contando con la privacidad en la que puedes hacer todas las cosas en familia y disfrutar del bello Acapulco. Elegimos la villa ideal y no nos decepcionó, al contrario, todo quedó en un nivel muy superior al de un Hotel. Muy recomendable.
There is no comparison between a 5 Star Hotel or a Gran Turismo with the service, attention and amenities that you can have when renting a luxury villa like this. Counting on the privacy in which you can do all things as a family and enjoy beautiful Acapulco. We chose the ideal villa and we were not disappointed, on the contrary, everything was at a much higher level than a Hotel. Highly recommended.

Excelente ubicación de la villa con vistas espectaculares, mucha diversión junto a la piscina. Realmente espero quedarme aquí de nuevo. El personal se ocupó de cada necesidad. La comida fue increíble. Habitaciones gigantes con baños gigantes. Esta casa, el personal y la experiencia fueron realmente increíbles.

Excellent location of the villa with spectacular views, lots of fun by the pool. I really hope to stay here again. The staff took care of every need. The food was amazing. Giant rooms with giant bathrooms. This house, the staff, and the experience were truly amazing.

Nos alojamos en la mansión México en octubre y esta fue una de las mejores vacaciones que tuvimos. El personal (Roberto, Tony, Israel) solo por nombrar algunos fue sobresaliente. Se ocuparon de todas nuestras necesidades (fuimos un grupo de 25) si necesitábamos algo, lo tenían. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, las albercas eran refrescantes y la vista era impresionante. Nuestro cocinero hacía maravillas con el desayuno y cena era mas que buena. Recomiendo a cualquiera que vaya a Acapulco a quedarse en la villa México Mansión, no se decepcionará.

We stayed at the Mexico Mansion in October and this was one of the best vacations we had. The staff (Roberto, Tony, Israel) just to name a few were outstanding. They took care of our every need (we were a group of 25) if we needed anything they had it. The rooms were clean, the pools were refreshing, and the view was breathtaking. Our cook did wonders with breakfast and dinner was more than good. I recommend anyone going to Acapulco to stay at Villa México Mansión, they will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my husband's milestone birthday, he didn't want any special gift or a party; the only thing he wanted was to bring our friends to Majestic Mansion. It was just as amazing as we remembered it from our last trip years ago. Yes, the property is incredible, but what makes it truly a trip of a lifetime is the AMAZING staff. Roberto, the house manager, made sure all of our needs were met. Tony and Israel, the day and night wait staff, ensured our glasses were never empty. The incredible chef, Tania, tantalized our taste buds with delicious food and our driver, Nacho, made sure to take us anywhere we needed to go, any time we wanted to. One thing I did not anticipate (or think about) when booking, was the additional support we received in an emergency. One of our guests experienced a health emergency. Roberto arranged for a doctor to come to the property within 20 minutes. He stayed with our guest for over 4 hours. Instead of sending him to the hospital in the midst of a pandemic, he arranged to have IVs and medications set up in the house. The doctor checked on him regularly until he was stable and we found out Tony, our day waiter, is actually a nurse! He took regular vitals, communicated with the doctor and ensured our guest returned to health. All ended up well. When we tried to pay the medical staff, we were told all the fees, with exception of the medications, were included with the price of the rental. I was stunned! This is, by far, the most incredible location to rent! We can't wait to return.
