We booked a vehicle at their kiosk just before the ferry at Playa del Carmen. After we paid the man, he then told us that they no longer have the vehicle we wanted, and offered us something else. Even though it wasn't what we wanted, we still took it just to get something secured. Once we arrived at their office at Cozumel, the vehicle that they brought out was a piece of junk. There was no seat belt for the driver's side, which they said "Don't worry - it's not mandatory". The handles looked like they were about to come off the doors and it was very best up and rusted. We didn't feel safe, so we told them we wanted something else. They then brought us a Jeep, which didn't look like it was in the best shape either, however at least it had seat belts. There was no air, no radio and you had to open the passenger side through the inside, as the exterior handle didn't work. While navigating our way, we noticed cars passing us when we were trying to turn left. It was then that we noticed that the left hand signal was not working ;(. The man admitted he knew this afterwards, but was 'extremely sorry'. These vehicles are extremely unsafe and should not be on the road. I would not recommend this company. Wait until you can see the vehicle first hand before you pay a dime. There are lots of options once you get over to Cozumel.

Huge scam. Buyer beware. This place ruined our one day in Cozumel. Not cheap and we waited hours and then received a Jeep that was rusted through, has no door handles, no seat belts, warning lights, disgustingly dirty, gas guage wont work (but we should 'trust its full'), no radio or ac. No nothing. No refunds. Rude service. Please shut this place down down. There are no excuses for this type of service.

We got a car in a very bad conditions. Literally only the engine was working and also this barely. I couldn't use lights, horn, handles to open the door. Not recommended!!!

We had a good experience here. This business, like all other scooter rentals on the island is a hustle. Take your time, ask questions, be ready to bargain. We got a scooter that was "brand new!" But had clearly been dropped once or twice. It's two wheels, it gets you around, so it was all good. Two days into our rental, we had a flat tire. Celso said that was covered when we rented it. We were fairly far out of town when it happened. We called the number he gave us, and ~30mins later another guy arrived on a scooter which he traded with us. He stayed behind to meet the repair truck. Honestly, we couldn't ask for much more. They took a lot of photos of the bike before the trip, as did we. We paid in advance and made them write "paid in full" on the invoice. We had no hassles at return time. Good service here.

These guys are GREAT!!! We paid for the Jeep rental in Playa del Carmen, waiting for the ferry to Cozumel. We arrived in Cozumel, walked a couple blocks, waited about 45 minutes, and got our vehicle. The employees are running everywhere, taking care of so many people. 45 minutes.. or more, would be more than reasonable to wait. This is not like renting a car in the US. The process is quick, the rentals are made for heavy & hard use, and the rules are few. ? We received the friendliest service ever. We had the Jeep all day and went allover the island. We had such a great time! We recommend these guys 10/10 times. Enjoy a wild ride & an authentic & awesome time in Cozumel!

Friendly staff and great vehicles. Celso (ask for him, he's good!) helped us get on our way touring the island by scooter with some great tips. They also offer a very affordable (and optional) insurance I'd recommend!

If you looking for a deal... This is not the place, if you are looking for a deal on a scooter rental before going to Cozumel then don't go here. They will charge you $200 to 300$ pesos over the actual price at the island. They will promise you the world, like free drinks at an specific club beach (which is not the club beach fault) once you get at the club beach they will have no idea of the deal you got...so! Don't waste your time, go early to Cozumel and get a deal. Scooter at the island $450 pesos p/ day, at playa Del Carmen $650 pesos plus a bucket full of lies.... Enough with this lies and deals that are not real... What's wrong with this world! Lies are the new currency!

If there was a way to give 0 or -5 stars I would. They give you a broken car and let you to wait 2h to pick you up. Our car broke down several times, because it was loosing all the water, and they probably knew this and still rent us the car. Everything in the car is broken, the direction, the velocimeter doesn't tell the speed of the car, the handbreak doesn't break, the safety belts don't exist, the tires are down, the doors don't open, and the motor is on the edge of permanent breakdown. In the end we didn't see anything from the Island, didn't get our money back, and just got a disappointing stressful day. Not worth it. Don't rent with them!!
