★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible property management company...in every respect. Slow to respond. Late payments. They advertise on their website upto 90% occupancy & 10-13% ROÍ but i have no where near those figures.
I strongly do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unfortunately when you buy a GMB property you are legal obliged to use there rental company to let your apartment.
I have not received any payments from them in 2-3 months after updating my bank details (to an account they have previously payed money into).
In that time I have had to send around 20 emails, each time it seems the person in charge has quit due to "personal reasons" - so each time I have a new person dealing with my request (one that should not be that difficult)
They have a very high staff turnover, with 4 changes just in the 2 month period. A sign of an unhappy workforce and serious mismanagement.
I simply wish to be paid the rent - not to far a stretch for a company that is due to be managing my property.
Please GMB can you simply update my bank details I have sent several times and pay in a timely manner
