★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rente 17 sillas yo fui por ellas al entregarme ya estaban con su forro y acomodadas en un carrito para entregar, el personal sólo me dijo cuentelas y me las subieron a mi camioneta. Según la empresa tienen la política de checar al entregar unidad por unidad cisa que jamás me hicieron. El día de la devolución si me checan una por una y me entregaron 2 dañadas y me querían cobrar esas 2 y 2 más de "merma" por malas condiciones. Se que fue por parte mi error al no checar pero tampoco se me hace correcto que el personal a la hora de entregar no te digan que las cheques ya si no lo haces pues es bajo tu responsabilidad y te haces cargo de algún daño a la hora de entregar. Pero en fin dejo mi opinión para que no les pase lo mismo o piensen en otra opción de empresa
I rented 17 chairs, I went for them when they delivered me, they were already with their lining and placed in a cart to deliver, the staff just told me to count them and they put them in my truck. According to the company they have the policy of checking when delivering unit per unit cisa that they never did to me. The day of the return if they check me one by one and they gave me 2 damaged ones and they wanted to charge me those 2 and 2 more of "shrinkage" due to bad conditions. I know it was my mistake not to check but it is not right for me that the staff at the time of delivery do not tell you that the checks and if you do not, it is your responsibility and you take care of any damage at the time to deliver. But in the end I leave my opinion so that the same thing does not happen to them or think about another business option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a destination wedding in Merida, with the ceremony at Mansion Merida. I did my research in finding the right vendors for the ceremony chairs. Did a site visit a few months prior to the wedding, to meet with Rent it and Andres, saw the chairs, approved the chairs paid the total amount owed, arranged the drop off and pick up times. Everything seemed to be completely in order. The week of the wedding I called to re-confirm the delivery times and amount of chairs with Andres on Wednesday (the wedding was on Saturday) again everything seemed to be in order, I even provided Andres with the contact person at Mansion Merida in case he needed to reach out. On my wedding day on Saturday, the chairs were not delivered on time. Staff from Mansion Merida along with my friends reached out to Rent it with no success. They had to make an executive decision as the ceremony was just an hour away and decided to use the chairs from Mansion Merida. The delivery guys arrived at Mansion but it was too late. No notice that they would be late was given, nothing. They had my phone number and I was never contacted. Till this day the manager has not contacted me. This company is not reliable, they are completely unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. If they had the least bit of integrity, someone ANYONE would have reached out to me, its been weeks since the wedding, which just goes to show that they stole my money and have no intention of facing me.
