★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno, la verdad es que los dos meseros que estuvieron laborando el día de hoy 21 de abril 2022 fueron bastante groseros, malos en su servicio y pésimo todo, la comida bien, las bebidas bien, el error fueron ellos dos, se portaron groseros, no revisaban sus mesas y tardaron mucho en llevar lo que pedimos, una pena que contraten a gente que no quiere trabajar. Eran un hombre y una chica.
Una pena de servicio que ofrecen los meseros, ya que llevo ya tiempo yendo a este lugar y jamás me habían atendido así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto la vista por fuera y de noche, aunque tardan un poco fue buena experiencia, podría ser que necesiten más personal, es muy bohemio y buen lugar para platicar, la vista es muy tranquila, aunque pedimos cervezas creo que el lugar se presta más para un café o una cena, la atención quizá le falta pulir un poco más, porque si te asisten pero tardan un poco, aun con ello vale la pena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont understand why people are underating this place ? It is my favorite place to relax and enjoy the ambiance and feel the warmth of the sun going down ! Maybe people need an artistic soul to understand the feeling but this place is one of my favorite of all time in Puebla ! When I need to end a day walking all around the city, Rentoy is my home and that means à lot !
