D	David Jimenez Ontiveros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL PEOR SERVICIO JAMÁS RECIBIDO. Llevé a arreglar la pantalla de un celular y al repararla le dañaron otros componentes y no se hicieron responsables. Los empleados son personas muy mal preparadas para atender casos como este. El dueño es una persona sumamente prepotente y sarcastica. Fuí a Profeco (septiembre 2017), levanté denuncia y jamás acudieron a ninguna de las 3 audiencias de conciliación. Como no se presentaron, Profeco se deslindó del caso y al final no pudieron hacer nada (Febrero 2018). Cansado y abrumado despues de tanto proceso y tiempo perdido, acudí en un par de ocasiones a que mínimo me devolvieran el telefono en las condiciones que lo dejaron (Marzo 2018) y SE NEGARON ROTUNDAMENTE a devolverlo. Hasta la fecha lo tienen en su poder y en los últimos 5 meses no he tenido ningún contacto de parte de ellos para entregar el equipo, por lo que asumo que ya se quedaron arbitrariamente con el celular. SI VALORAN SU TIEMPO NUNCA VAYAN A ESE LUGAR, DE NINGUNA MANERA LO RECOMIENDO, al que guste le puedo enviar documentos probatorios de todo esto. THE WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. I had a cell phone screen fixed and repaired it damaged other components and they were not responsible. Employees are very ill-prepared people to handle cases like this. The owner is an extremely pushy and sarcastic person. I went to Profeco (September 2017), I filed a complaint and they never attended any of the 3 conciliation hearings. As they did not appear, Profeco disengaged from the case and in the end they could not do anything (February 2018). Tired and overwhelmed after so much process and wasted time, I went on a couple of occasions to have the phone returned to me in the conditions that they left it (March 2018) and they ROOTTELY REFUSED to return it. To date they have it in their possession and in the last 5 months I have not had any contact from them to deliver the equipment, so I assume that they have already arbitrarily kept the cell phone. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE, IN NO WAY DO I RECOMMEND IT, I can send probative documents of all this to anyone you like.

B	Brianda Venegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A los 15 días del cambio de pantalla dejo de funcionar y no me quisieron valer la garantía que según ellos brindan, que por que fue mi culpa siendo que la pantalla estaba nueva junto con mi celular, además dicen que son originales pero no se ven originales ni la resolución de esta ni los marcos, se ven de menor calidad, que digan que son genéricas y uno sabe si la pone o no, y además mal puestas, pues se prendía y apagaba y aun así no valen las garantías en 15 días que se descompuso. 15 days after the change of the screen it stopped working and they did not want to use the guarantee that according to them they provide, because it was my fault since the screen was new along with my cell phone, they also say that they are original but they do not look original Neither the resolution of this nor the frames, they look of lower quality, that they say that they are generic and one knows whether to put it or not, and also misplaced, because it was turned on and off and even so the guarantees are not worth in 15 days that decomposed.
