Terrible service, they deliver the jobs without a prior quality check, they take a long time and they don't have the attention to notify or follow up on customer service.

Les puse 4 estrellas por que si les encontré unos detallitos muy pequeños, pero me los resolvieron de inmediato. Good quality, excellent service, very friendly, they explain in detail everything you ask. I gave them 4 stars because I did find some very small details, but they solved them for me immediately.

El auto SOLO se llevo a valoración de daños en este lugar ya que era la opción que nos dio nuestra aseguradora. Al hacerse el mantenimiento de rutina al vehículo nos dimos cuenta que nos robaron los BIRLOS DE LAS LLANTAS ( SI LOS BIRLOS) ademas de las calaveras traseras del vehiculo donde tenia el daño las cambiaron por otras y argumentaron que se dañaron en el desarme ( Fecha de fabricación tallada para que no notaramos los cambios). NO SE DEJEN LLEVAR POR LAS OPINIONES DE GOOGLE MAPS DE ESTE NEGOCIO. 0% recomendable este lugar entre fecha Enero- Febrero 2022. Terrible experience in general after reviewing our vehicle in detail. The car was ONLY taken for damage assessment at this location since it was the option given to us by our insurer. When performing routine maintenance on the vehicle, we realized that the TIRE STUDS (YES THE STUDS) were stolen, in addition to the rear taillights of the vehicle where the damage was, they changed them for others and argued that they were damaged during disarmament (Date of carved manufacturing so that we would not notice the changes). DO NOT BE CARRIED AWAY BY THE GOOGLE MAPS OPINIONS OF THIS BUSINESS. 0% recommended this place between January-February 2022.
S	Sol Garcia Cedano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi carro es de reciente modelo y llevaba 8 meses en otro taller donde siempre me daban largas, a consecuencia lo saque de ahí y lo traje a reparacar donde me dieron pronta solucion a mi problema, con una exelente atemcion y profecionalizmo. 100% recomendado My car is a recent model and it had been in another workshop for 8 months where they always gave me long, as a result I took it out of there and brought it to be repaired where they gave me a prompt solution to my problem, with excellent attention and professionalism. 100% recommended
G	Gildardo Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo 1- tardaron casi un mes en reparar una facia trasera. 2- pésima calidad de trabajo (igualado, pulido, terminados, TODO). 3- te pierden piezas, cortan cableado de las calaveras, no instalan bien lo que desarman. 4- te dejan todo sucio el interior, no colocan protecciones. 5- me robaron pertenencias del interior del auto cuando lo dejé para valuación de daños, pidan que les hagan inventario para cualquier cosa que lo vayan a dejar en el taller y hagan ustedes el propio. Como recomendación si su aseguradora les asignó este taller pidan de la manera más amable que les asignen otro, me lo agradecerán. Appalling 1- It took almost a month to repair a rear face. 2- poor quality of work (matched, polished, finished, EVERYTHING). 3- they lose parts, they cut the wiring of the skulls, they do not install well what they disassemble. 4- they leave everything dirty inside, they do not put protections. 5- They stole belongings from inside the car when I left it for damage assessment, ask them to make an inventory for anything that they are going to leave in the garage and make your own. As a recommendation, if your insurer assigned you this workshop, ask in the kindest way that they assign you another, you will thank me.
