★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a dejarles mi celular para que lo arreglaran, cuando fui por él le habían arreglado la avería pero ya no servía el teléfono. Les reclamé y no me supieron explicar qué había pasado, me recomendaron darle un servicio de limpieza completo al teléfono (obviamente pagando más). Fui a otro lugar para que revisaran qué le había pasado al teléfono y me explicaron que le cambiaron las piezas por unas que no sirven, además le cambiaron la batería. Ahora no puedo usarlo. #lobaratosalecaro
 I went to leave my cell phone to fix it, when I went for it they had fixed the fault but the phone was no longer useful. I claimed them and they did not know how to explain what had happened, they recommended that I give a full cleaning service to the phone (obviously paying more). I went to another place to check what had happened to the phone and they explained that they changed the parts for some that are useless, they also changed the battery. Now I can't use it. #lobaratosalecaro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi celular porque no cargaba correctamente, encendido no subía la carga, solo cargaba apagado, lo cual me ha pasado antes y solo debía cambiarse el centro de carga para solucionarlo. La persona que me atendió, le cambio el centro por uno "nuevo" pero mi celular solo cargó apagado, lo cual significa que quedo en el mismo estado en el que lo llevé.
Me comento que posiblemente era la batería sin embargo esta la he utilizado con 1% hasta por 10 min aprox sin ningún problema...
Insistí en que debia ser el centro de carga y noté una actitud algo prepotente al preguntar: "pues no se si seas técnico o algo asi".
Al ver que el cambio de pieza no funcionaba, le comenté que lo dejara con la pieza anterior, además me cobro 50 a pesar de no haber solucionado el problema.
Finalmente intenté cargar mi teléfono apagado dando por hecho que conservaba función de carga apagado y mi celular ahora no carga nada...
Solo comparto mi mala experiencia.

When I saw that the part change did not work, I told him to leave it with the previous part, also I charge 50 despite not having solved the problem.
Finally I tried to charge my phone off assuming that I kept the charging function off and my cell phone now does not charge anything ...
I only share my bad experience.
