Después de varios intentos por salvarlo se tuvo que cambiar el display completo y hasta la fecha funciona perfectamente. Lamentablemente a la hora del armado rompieron mi carcasa (azul), los accidentes ocurren. Lo que me molestó es que no me avisaron que la rompieron y cuando llegué a recogerlo ya le habían puesto una carcasa negra genérica, ni siquiera una original. Literal le dije al encargado de la tienda que se veía "repinche" el celular, a lo que me contestó "por eso no te la estoy cobrando". En resumen: técnicamente saben lo que hacen, sin embargo su atención y servicio al cliente es muy mala. En lo personal una cosa no compensa a la otra. About 3 weeks ago I brought a Galaxy Note 9 because of water flotation problems. After several attempts to save it, the entire display had to be changed and to date it works perfectly. Unfortunately at the time of assembly broke my housing (blue), accidents occur. What bothered me is that they didn't let me know that they broke it and when I got to pick it up they had already put a generic black case, not even an original one. Literally I told the store manager that he looked "repaint" the cell phone, to which he replied "that's why I'm not charging you". In short: technically they know what they do, however their attention and customer service is very bad. Personally one thing does not compensate the other.
