I went to repair a console it took 3 weeks when they had told me that it took 1 day they wanted to charge me double and the console that only failed the hdmi and does not turn on terrible do not waste your time with them they are scammers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se compro un cargador para portátil en abril 2020, el día de hoy 14 mayo 2020 no funciona, fuimos al local en Plaza Universidad Guadalajara con la respectiva nota y la única respuesta es que no hay garantía ni reparacion en un artículo que tiene UN MES de comprado. El trabajador que nos atendio lleva 11 días trabajando allí y no sabía ni que hacer, pedimos hablar con él dueño y no dio la cara. Triste final: $500 pesos robados y un cargador de pésima calidad sin funcionar. Cuiden su dinero de este tipo de gente por favor, no lo regalen.
I bought a laptop charger in April 2020, today May 14, 2020 it does not work, we went to the premises in Plaza Universidad Guadalajara with the respective note and the only answer is that there is no guarantee or repair on an article that has ONE MONTH of bought. The worker who attended us has been working there for 11 days and did not know what to do, we asked to speak to the owner and he did not show his face. Sad end: $ 500 stolen pesos and a lousy quality charger without working. Take care of your money from this kind of people please don't give it away.
