★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! Llevé un equipo a liberar, me cobraron más de lo acordado sin consultarme antes y para colmo, no liberaron mi equipo correctamente, ahora tengo que volver para estar esperando hasta que puedan con lo que se supone, deberían poder porque se les pago BIEN.

Mi teléfono lleva 3 meses en el lugar y no me dan una respuesta, me dan largas, me hacen perder mi tiempo, me dicen que tal día queda y no es así, siempre con la misa respuesta de "no quedo, ven mañana, de verdad que ya queda" y no queda!!!!
Ya está completamente pagado el servicio de 1350!!!! Y no me quieren ni devolver el dinero ni arreglar el celular.
Pido una solución y no se a donde comunicarme para una mejor atención ya que los que trabajan ahí ya ni siquiera me contestan o solo me dicen que están ocupados que al rato me atienden.
Que coraje y que horrible situación es solicitar sus servicios.
Mandé correo electrónico con mi número de ticket pero parece que el correo no existe o algo así, no se manda mi mensaje.
MAT, por favor pido una respuesta!!!
The worst place ever!
My phone has been in the place for 3 months and they do not give me an answer, they give me long, they waste my time, they tell me that such a day remains and it is not like that, always with the same answer of "I will not stay, come tomorrow, from it is true that there is "and there is no left !!!!
The 1350 service is already fully paid !!!! And they don't want me to return the money or fix the cell phone.
I ask for a solution and I don't know where to contact me for better care since those who work there no longer even answer me or only tell me that they are busy that after a while they attend me.
What courage and what a horrible situation it is to request their services.
I sent an email with my ticket number but it seems that the email does not exist or something like that, my message is not sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día lunes 7 de diciembre, vine a sus instalaciones en la plaza del Rosario a dejar mi tablet para que la repararan, me habían dicho que estaba en ese mismo día, sin embargo, llevan 8 días diciendo que aún no, es más, he ido a las instalaciones y no se encuentran, trato de contactarlos y no responden mis mensajes ni llamadas.
Envío este correo por qué ya necesito con urgencia mi tablet, incluso si no está reparada, deseo mi tablet y mi dinero de regreso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable, hace más de 6 meses deje una tablet, me la devolvieron como ya arreglada y me cobraron como si ya estuviera reparada, al llegar a mi casa a probarla no encendía, la lleve de nuevo por la garantía y al final me dijeron que no tenía reparación.
Nada más hacen perder el tiempo, nunca paguen completo por anticipado hasta probar bien el equipo, siempre liquiden al final. No puedo pasar por la tablet porque no encuentran el cargador. Cero recomendable.
Zero recommended, more than 6 months ago I left a tablet, they returned it to me as already fixed and they charged me as if it were already repaired, when I got to my house to test it it did not turn on, I took it again for the warranty and in the end they told me that it had no repair.
They just waste time, never pay in full in advance until they test the equipment well, they always pay off at the end. I can't go through the tablet because they can't find the charger. Zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repararon el puerto de carga de mi celular a un precio razonable, me tardaron como 1 hora y media en repararlo, al mes volví a llevárselos porque presentaba de nuevo la falla, aplicaron la garantía que me dieron, lo repararon igual, máximo 1 hora y media. Quedo muy bien.
Los recomiendo, sigan asi.
They repaired the charging port of my cell phone at a reasonable price, it took me about 1 hour and a half to repair it, a month I took them back because it presented the fault again, they applied the guarantee they gave me, they repaired it the same, maximum 1 hour and half. Thats very good.
I recommend them, keep it up.

Hace tiempo lleve una tablet y ya la iba a recoger (sin reparar porque no pudieron) después de que se las dejé por meses ya que decían que iban a dar una solución, no la he recogido porque perdieron el cargador, me dijeron que mandara correo pero no contestan.. les tienes que estar insistiendo para que "intenten" hacer su trabajo. Nada más me trajeron ida y vuelta para saber una respuesta cosa que hasta hoy no han dado.
Lugar cero recomendable.. quien sabe si me darán mi equipo o no.
Pure waste of time !!
I've had a tablet for a long time and I was going to pick it up (without repairing because they couldn't) after I left them for months since they said they were going to give a solution, I haven't picked it up because they lost the charger, they told me to send mail but they don't answer ... you have to be insisting that they "try" to do their job. They just brought me back and forth to know an answer, something that they have not given until today.
Recommended zero place ... who knows if they will give me my equipment or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, lamentablemente mi S8 ya no tuvo solucion pero Antonio me explico todo y respeto el hecho de que si no queda no se cobra un peso. Aún asi el celular se ve perfectamente sin ningun detalle por abrirlo.
