★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supongo que arreglando equipos son muy buenos, pero el trato principalmente de la señorita que atiende ahí es muy descortés. (No se si sepa lo que es servicio al cliente pero muy mal, nunca hay que pensar que se esta haciendo un favor ya que por eso se paga.)
Me dijo que estaría el equipo en una hora y bueno tuve que regresar un par de veces por que "no tenia técnicos" al final me dijo que me cobraria un sobrecosto por un pieza que faltaba digo yo no les engañe, vieron el equipo y las condiciones (que eran nefastas par ser sinceros) pero por eso das el equipo para que te coticen, al final no tuvieron la pieza y me lleve el equipo de otro lab en donde me atendieron muy bien. Supongo que los técnicos son buenos quien da la cara a los clientes son lo que atienden pero bueno mejorar su trato con los clientes.
I suppose that they are very good at fixing equipment, but the treatment mainly of the lady who attends there is very impolite. (I don't know if you know what customer service is but very badly, you should never think that you are doing yourself a favor since that is what you pay for.)
He told me that the equipment would be there in an hour and well I had to go back a couple of times because "I didn't have technicians" in the end he told me that he would charge me an extra cost for a missing piece I said I didn't fool them, they saw the equipment and the conditions (which were disastrous to be honest) but that's why you give the equipment so they can quote you, in the end they didn't have the part and I took the equipment from another lab where they treated me very well. I suppose that the technicians are good, those who face the clients are what they attend to, but it is good to improve their dealings with the clients.
