Además me cobraron casi $1000 por dicha reparación. Horrible en verdad. Components without quality, are not original, I took my phone to repair half a year ago for a problem in the battery, supposedly they put a new battery "original" and now I suffer again with the same problem in the battery. They also charged me almost $ 1000 for that repair. Horrible indeed.

Lleve mi iPhone para reparar y viví una de las peores experiencias de servicio en mi vida; me dijeron que regresara en dos días y pasado ese tiempo no lo tenían, repitieron esto más de ocho veces haciéndome ir y venir a su local solo para darme una excusa diferente cada día. Que estaban esperando un nuevo químico, que renunció el de hardware, que ya encontré el problema, que el problema era otro, que ya tengo la pieza, que no tuve tiempo de ir por ella, que mañana te juro ya quedó, que tengo mucho trabajo y no pude repararlo... Fue una desesperación terrible, casi un mes me trajeron así para un día solo decir “...que crees brother? Que no carga...” Desde un principio me hubieran dicho que no podían o no querían repararlo para que no perdiera mi tiempo con ellos. Pésimo servicio, ahórrense una experiencia horrible y lleven a reparar sus celulares a otro lugar. Terrible customer service and attention. I took my iPhone in for repair and had one of the worst service experiences in my life; They told me to come back in two days and after that time they didn't have it, they repeated this more than eight times making me come and go to their place just to give me a different excuse every day.
