★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se pago la reparación de una cocina integral (presupuesto mayor a 20 mil pesos), quedaron en instalar todo a la siguiente semana de que se pago el presupuesto y que quedaría todo en una sola visita; paso un mes para que iniciaran con algo de trabajo, te dan largas y llegan después de las 7 de la noche a instalar dejando el trabajo incompleto; en resumen dejaron el trabajo sin terminar, mucho cuidado al contratarlos, muy amables pero nada profesionales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté un servicio de urgencia para complementar parte de la remodelación de mi cocina a un tal señor Ugalde, con presupuesto entregado por él en hoja membretada de esta empresa, pagándole el 77% del trabajo, me quedó a deber aproximadamente el el 35% del mismo y nunca más me contestó la llamada. Cuando fui al lugar con el presupuesto en mano, el nombre y la dirección del lugar, la persona que ahí estaba desconoció todo y, curiosamente,
tampoco le importó que alguien estuviera utilizando sus datos fiscales para timar a la gente. Ahora inicio procedimientos legales contra este negocio, con el único documento que tengo con sus datos, el presupuesto y los pagos hechos por el trabajo. No se dejen engañar.

Quedaron que el 18 de mayo iniciarían con todo, hoy es día, en que no logran ponerla, apenas esta semana medio montaron una parte y hoy no contestan ni mensajes ni llamadas para que den solución al retraso y terminen de colocarla. En verdad son muy poco profesionales, ya les llamamos todo el día y se les mando mensaje y no hay respuesta. Un trabajo que según ellos estaría en dos día ya lleva casi un mes.... Por fin la semana pasada terminaron de colocar la cocina pero fue todo un show! aún con miles de llamadas y mensajes no acudían el día que quedaban y ponían un millón de pretextos, pero ya terminaron y quedo bien. Se me hace una falta de respeto y profesionalismo que soliciten por este medio el contrato, deberían de ir con cada cliente y ver que tal están haciendo su trabajo. Pero en fin terminaron, no a tiempo, no con los materiales seleccionados en un inicio peroooo... ya quedo!!! y está bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacte a esta empresa de manera urgente el 2 de noviembre,( ya que OTRA""pseudo empresa"" después de tres meses de rogarles que terminarán su trabajo simplemente dejaron inconclusa la instalación de mi cocina).
Pero para mi gran sorpresa ese mismo día que contacte a esta empresa se presentó el Sr. Javier Ugalde ,contraté sus servicios y me dijo que hoy 9 de noviembre se presentarían en mi domicilio para iniciar con el trabajo, pero todavía para mayor sorpresa y gusto, es que mi cocina quedó lista desde hace tres días.
Agradezco infinitamente a el Sr. Javier y su equipo de trabajo, por su profesionalismo, amabilidad y rapidez , me gustó cómo solucionaron todos los desperfectos que tenía mi cocina y que por fin después de una larga espera, esta empresa lo hizo en tres días.
Recomiendo totalmente a esta empresa y equipo que en ella labora, gracias, gracias, gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo pésimos, un trabajo que se puede hacer para una cocina pequeña en 2 días lo hicieron en 6 días Son informales empiezan a trabajar 4:30 5:30pm te muestran un video para que te animes a contratarlo y al último te entregan los terminados no de acuerdo al precio contratado, los sigo esperando para que entreguen bien y les liquide el 20% restante. No dudo en que salgan con que no me conocen
