★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llevo una muy mala experiencia en el servicio y la atención de este establecimiento, empezando con un diagnóstico primero que nada más costoso por tratarse de una computadora "gamer" (si tienes una computadora que entre en esta categoría no te recomiendo traerla aquí) además de muy pobre ya que ni siquiera la desarmaron para revisar si alguno de los componentes estaba dañado.
Aunado a eso, me realizaron un formateo que debía incluir Windows y Office, pero decidieron no incluir el Office sin siquiera consultarmelo porque "al ser una computadora gamer no lo necesitaría", teniendo que ir nuevamente para que lo instalaran.
