Terrible service, the multifunctional that took them to repair spent a month and a half with them and they did absolutely nothing, when I spoke on the phone, they said that the technicians were in the field and that they contacted me later, which never happened and when I went for the device they wanted to charge me for doing nothing. I do not recommend it.

I had a problem with the Bios of my computer and it happened at a point in the pandemic where there was no place where they would attend to me, even with HP I could never contact anyone and the service centers were closed for the same reason that the squares closed. I spent about 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) looking for places. In one of those that I was "successful", I was able to contact the Smartfix guys (it was already Monday) and they agreed to send me the technician on a Tuesday, the technician arrived until Wednesday at 3pm and according to him he did not bring the disk he needed to work , I told him that I needed it and that he would lend me his hand and I gave him for a Czech, he said yes and that that same day it happened before 8. He never arrived, he left me a number and I dialed him and he told me that It happened the next day, I waited for him on Thursday most of the afternoon and at about 5:45 pm I got desperate and saw that indelec was one of the only ones who were working and that at that moment it was open. I was in a hurry to deliver some papers and I came to find them, I explained what had happened with the team and the urgency I had, from the beginning they told me about the amount that the diagnosis implied and I agreed, left and on time and a half called me because they already had the equipment ready. I went the next day (Friday) around 12pm to pick it up and until now it continues to work without any news. In my experience, it is a place where they solve almost immediately

I went to lndelec because it was the closest thing to my home, an emergency of a laptop that did not turn on, they treated me patiently and helped me solve the problem, a month later the fault returned and they checked it again and repaired it without Charge me more because they have a guarantee.

Hello My Toshiba laptop was completely dead. I was looking for a place to fix it on Google but many repair centers gave me mistrust, especially the call center ones. Indelec convinced me and thank God I was not wrong. The engineer came and picked up the laptop and took it to repair, the repair took a reasonable time with a good price and apart from repairing the CD reader unit at no extra charge. I delivered the laptop to my home, the machine is very fast and they gave me a written guarantee of 90 days. I am very happy with the service. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Super bad experience, I took my computer and to start with the man told me that if it was left he would charge me 800 pesos without even opening it and well I said no way he opens it, he turns it on and I have no idea what he did and he says you have to leave it to me to do it a diagnosis but it would be more expensive I would give you an estimate to which I told him not to leave it like that and he charged me 100 pesos I said go ahead, pay him in full take it to a trusted technician who due to urgency that day I couldn't I contacted him and I was urgent and he opened it, I repaired it and he charged me 150 pesos and I gave him 300 because honestly this person was going to steal from me and therefore preferable to give a little more to those who really work honestly and be careful at least I would not return to set foot in his premises, far from it, another man arrived right there to ask him to please make his Office guarantee valid and he said yes, but to what he heard the man told him that he could not activate his license, that is, the man paid for the license Office and this person charged him for something that he didn't even charge him 350 because I listened and besides, the man paid his license on the official page, that is, they don't let themselves be robbed, they are practically some people who only want to get more money from you :) I hope it helps them don't go

NEVER GO!!!! It's been a year since I left my Xbox360 and went to pick it up because they never notified me of anything. The gentleman assured me that he had already stayed. I tried it and....... DOES THE SAME FAILURE!!! It turns off after half an hour of use. Very bad service, THEY ONLY STEAL YOU AND DO NOT FIX ANYTHING... TERRIBLE!!! They charged me $1400 AND THEY DIDN'T FIX IT!!!!! I repeat. NEVER GO!!!! Of course, they charge you as if they had fixed it.
