★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En dos ocasiones han revisado la lavadora y pensé que había quedado bien , pero volvió a fallar por lo que solicité de nuevo el servicio, la primera vez no llegó y pensé que a lo mejor tenía mucho trabajo por lo que lo dejé pasar , después concerté cita de nuevo , a la cual no llegó , por medio de Whatsapp pregunté si iría , y respondieron que sí, al no llegar volví a preguntar ya que tenía cosas que hacer y confirmaron que irían , obviamente escribo esto por que no llegó y ya no responde los mensajes , se me hace una falta de respeto que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas , no estaba a disgusto con el servicio , pero esta actitud deja mucho que decir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una cita para revisión técnica, en primer lugar llegó más de una hora tarde, después llegó acompañado de una mujer que no paraba de hablar y desconozco si tiene conocimiento del tema, lo cual me pareció poco profesional ya que al ir a mi domicilio particular me debe pedir permiso para ingresar a alguien desconocido que únicamente va acompañando, pero lo más nefasto de esto es que es mujer llegó diciendo que mi lavadora ya no se veía tan nueva, que ella tenía una igual que terminó tirando y que ahora tenía una de dos pisos, cosa que poco me importa; tampoco dejaba hablar al "técnico" y lo único que hicieron fue meter ropa a la centrifugadora y decir que si giraba, jamás se molestó en hacer una revisión técnica; claramente yo no pedí eso, pues sabía que efectivamente giraba, lo que no hacía era centrifugar que es muy diferente. Al final me cobraron una visita donde no hicieron nada y mi lavadora quedó igual
