I made the appointment I called twice and they never showed up and they didn't bother to call me back terrible service I would never recommend it obviously I will not look for them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible y espantoso servicio, vinieron dos técnicos a mi casa, me cobraron $600 pesos solo por recetar la lavadora, no me dieron nota ni garantía. El mismo día la probé y no funcionaba nuevamente. Ya no regresaron porque supuestamente salen a las 3:00 pm el sábado y quedaron formalmente de regresar a mi casa el lunes a primera hora, ya no vinieron porque según yo no les confirme algo que ya estaba claro. Dejaron mis mensajes en visto y no contestaron mis llamadas.
Horrible and horrible service, two technicians came to my house, they charged me $600 pesos just for prescribing the washing machine, they did not give me a note or guarantee. The same day I tried it and it didn't work again. They didn't come back because supposedly they leave at 3:00 pm on Saturday and they formally agreed to return to my house first thing on Monday, they didn't come anymore because, according to me, I didn't confirm something that was already clear. They left my messages on seen and did not answer my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, se me rompieron las perillas de mi secadora y me dijeron que ellos me las conseguían originales, les di la mitad del anticipo por que me dijeron que trabajaban con el 50% de anticipo, lo pague y no me daban solución, tenía que estar insistiendo para que me contestaran durante dos semanas y aún así no pudieron hacer nada y todavía me cobraron $150 por venir una vez.
Llame a otro reparador y él me las tuvo en 3 días y me cobró mucho menos.
Very bad service, the knobs of my dryer broke and they told me that they would get me the original ones, I gave them half of the advance because they told me that they worked with 50% in advance, I paid it and they did not give me a solution, I had to be insisting that they answer me for two weeks and still they could not do anything and they still charged me $150 for coming once.
I called another repairman and he had them for me in 3 days and charged me much less.
