 Terrible service! We requested a refrigerator repair that continued to not work, they never gave us a physical note and when we made a claim they did not want to attend to us and even blocked us! Zero Recommended is a SCAM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO CONTRATES ESTA EMPRESA ESTAFADORA!!! Pésimo servicio!! No los contraten! Son una estafa. Solicitamos la reparación de un refrigerador. Se excusaron con que no traían recibos físicos y quedaron de enviar un recibo electrónico que nunca llegó. Su reparación NO funcionó, y nos bloquearon de sus líneas telefónicas para no atendernos cuando les solicitamos los recibos o el cumplimiento de la supuesta garantía.
DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY !!! Terrible service!! Don't hire them! They are a scam. We request the repair of a refrigerator. They excused themselves with the fact that they did not bring physical receipts and they were sent an electronic receipt that never arrived. Their repair did NOT work, and they blocked us from their telephone lines so that they did not answer us when we asked for their receipts or the fulfillment of the supposed guarantee.
