They do not answer ! They came, they quoted, they took parts, we gave the green light to the service and they have not answered for days and now they left without serving what they came to improve ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Vinieron a revisar y el “técnico” no fue ni para apuntar el modelo de lavadora ni número de parte para conseguir la refacción. Regresó a los dos días con la pieza equivocada (obviamente) y se llevó la parte descompuesta “para ya no fallarle”. Ahora ya van cuatro días que no nos contestan, nadie se hace responsable, y seguimos con la lavadora descompuesta y sin la pieza qué hay que reparar.
Terrible service. They came to check and the "technician" did not go to write down the model of the washing machine or part number to get the spare part. He returned two days later with the wrong part (obviously) and took the broken part "so as not to fail him". Now they have not answered us for four days, nobody is responsible, and we continue with the broken washing machine and without the part that needs to be repaired.

Literalmente nos robaron en nuestra propia casa, nos dieron una nota aparentemente falsa porque en ningún lugar aparece su local ni entran las llamadas de ninguno de los dos números que nos dieron.
NO LOS CONTRATEN
AWFUL service, they were quoted and asked for an advance that was given to them and they never returned
They literally robbed us in our own house, they gave us an apparently false note because their place does not appear anywhere nor do the calls from either of the two numbers they gave us come through.
DO NOT HIRE THEM
