★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me tardaron más tiempo de que lo que se comprometieron y al final me entregaron mi mac con una tecla rota, empacada en plástico para que no me diera cuenta.
No los recomiendo.
Bad service, it took me longer than what they promised and in the end they gave me my mac with a broken key, packed in plastic so that I didn't realize it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio tardaron en reparar mi lap y que no tenían las refacciones espere 2 semanas para cambiar una bateria, se marcaba por telefono y no contestaban.
Bad service they took to repair my lap and they didn't have the spare parts I waited 2 weeks to change a battery, they dialed by phone and they didn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 2 de diciembre repare la pantalla de mi iPhone xs max, acudo al lugar pensando que es un lugar serio y responsable con los clientes, pasan dos semana y la pantalla comienza a salirle una grieta además de que cada que presionaba el teclado usando la función 3D touch salía un punto en la pantalla, no validaron mi garantía excusándose: “de que fue mi culpa que yo rompí el teléfono en un tono burlon”, mal servicio para sus tarifas y mal servicio al cliente.
Además de que el empleado dijo hablar con el dueño y me prometió un “super descuento” si lo volvía a reparar con ellos, dicho descuento solo era de 500 pesos, la reparación salió con total de 4,000 mxn.
Además que sus piezas no son originales, ni de una calidad de “proveedor” como lo asegura la recepcionista, cosa que no te lo dice.
