★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un día íbamos a las termales de San Isidro Mazatepec y nuestro carro tuvo un inconveniente. Llegamos a este lugar donde el señor nos atendió súper buena onda. Nos explicó muy bien de lo que se trataba y nos dejó ver todo el proceso mientras nos explicaba. Muy amable y servicio de 5 estrellas. Y lo mejor es que como cuenta con taller y refaccionaría, no tuvimos que pasar por el típico “espera ekis tiempo para ir por mas cosas” claro que lo de nuestro carro fue algo sencillo pero la interacción y el servicio al cliente que tuvo con los demás fue igual de buena.
One day we were going to the hot springs of San Isidro Mazatepec and our car had a problem. We arrived at this place where the man treated us super cool. He explained very well what it was about and let us see the whole process while he explained to us. Very friendly and 5 star service. And the best thing is that as it has a workshop and a repair shop, we did not have to go through the typical "wait ekis time to go for more things" of course our car was something simple but the interaction and customer service that it had with the the rest was just as good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I took a road trip from Guadalajara to volcanes thermal waters. While on the way we had a mechanical issue and we were lucky to be right by Aurelio’s shop. He helped us figure out the problem had the parta on hand and his son Edgar fixed it for us! Couldn’t be happier and amazed, what we thought to be a nightmare turned into 30 minutes of pleasant courteous talk with Aurelio and Edgar! Best father and son duo!
