★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejaron esperando y llegaron hasta el otro dia, me querían cobrar caro y ql hacer la revisión doblaron la tapa trasera y lo dejaron sin los tornillos.

Harta estoy de que vengan se lleven las piezas y regresen al otro día según que con la nueva.

Llegan a tu domicilio, ven la falla, te dicen que necesitan cambiar la o las piezas, se las llevan y el error es permitir que se las lleven, ya que probablemente fueron las mismas que al otro dia instalaron, Supuestamente llagan al otro día con las piezas nuevas y no hay forma de comprobar que son las mismas, en este caso dejaron medio cerrada la llave de la instalacion del agua para que en ese momento no me diera cuenta que no se habia reparado la descompustura, la falla continuó y me canse de llamar a los teléfonos y me indicaban que por la tarde o al otro día regresaba el técnico y nada nunca regresaron.
Fisicamente no tiene instalaciones en donde visitarlos, todo lo tienen muy bien planeado en contubernio con la operadera telefonica que nada mas da largas.
Recomiendo que no permitan que se lleven sus piezas y en todo caso que las marquen con una lima para que puedan comprobar que no es la misma refacción que regresan a instalar.
Tambien paguen con tarjeta de crédito y si no queda la reparacion, inmediatamente cancelen el cargo con el banco desconociendo el mismo.

Physically it does not have facilities where to visit them, they have everything very well planned in collusion with the telephone operator that just gives long.
I recommend that they do not allow their parts to be taken and in any case that they mark them with a file so that they can verify that it is not the same part that they are reinstalling.
Also pay with a credit card and if there is no repair left, immediately cancel the charge with the bank, ignoring it.
