★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arreglaron un congelador, el chico que vino, super de mala gana y total que después que lo arreglo se infló una parte del refri, les hablamos para que vinieran a checar dos veces y ya jamas me mandaron a ningun técnico, es decir que no se responsabilizan de trabajos que ellos hayan realizado. Me confíe porque tiene buenas referencias, pero en mi caso no fue así.

- - Actualización: Vinieron hoy y me dijeron que son los baleros de la transmisión, pero que el motor está bien. Sólo que antes me tuvieron dos semanas diciendo que venían y me dejaron plantado, por lo que no confío en lo que me digan. Voy a ver si son los baleros, y si el motor está bien actualizaré mi comentario.- -

Me vendieron un motor nuevo de lavadora en $2,000 que porque tiene garantía de 1 año. Menos de un mes después comenzó a humear y obvio no podía usarla. Dijeron que iba a venir el técnico y me dejó plantado 5 veces a lo largo de una semana, y ni avisó que no iba a venir. Cambié mis actividades para esperarlo y nunca llegó. Una completa estafa. NO LOS CONTRATEN SI NO QUIEREN PERDER DINERO A LO TONTO.
Si algo cambia actualizaré mi reseña, pero hasta ahora, a un mes de contratarlos, es como me han tratado.

Una absoluta falta de seriedad de parte del técnico y del personal de servicios al cliente.
El servicio fue pésimo en todos los sentidos: mi lavadora que después de 6 años estaba en perfecto estado me la echaron a perder.
Jamás me entregaron recibos.
Jamás me notificaron a que hora iban a entregar la lavadora.
Cuando me di cuenta que la dejaron mal les notifique inmediatamente y dos días me dejaron plantada (me dijeron que iban a venir y jamás aparecieron)
El día que por fin iban a llegar, llegaron dos horas tarde y , de nuevo, jamás me informaron que iban a llegar tarde.
Se negaron a devolverme mi dinero a compensarme de alguna forma (ni siquiera una disculpa).

The service was terrible in every way: my washing machine, which after 6 years was in perfect condition, was spoiled.
They never gave me receipts.
They never notified me what time they were going to deliver the washing machine.
When I realized that they left it badly, I notified them immediately and they stood me up for two days (they told me they were going to come and they never showed up)
The day they were finally due to arrive, they were two hours late and, again, they never informed me that they were going to be late.
They refused to refund my money to compensate me in any way (not even an apology).
