★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que yo era cliente de mucho tiempo, siempre llevaba a reparar mis celulares y algunos equipos hasta que un día al llevar a reparar un celular parecía que estaban jugando con mi tiempo, me decían que por la tarde me marcaban para notificarme el estado de la reparación y jamás lo hacían, así fue la historia varios días y el celular me urgía, me dieron muchísimas largas y un pésimo servicio al cliente, a tal punto que fui personalmente al local para ver qué estaba pasando y la verdad muy molesto pedí una respuesta, el resultado fue que el que parecía ser el encargado se me puso al tu por tu e incluso se salió de manera muy altanera de su mostrador. Me parece una falta de respeto el trato que me dieron y sobre todo el pésimo servicio, tan solo el hecho de ponerse en esa actitud, yo solía ser cliente, pero esta experiencia fue la peor que he tenido en un establecimiento (soy muuuuy paciente). Perdieron un cliente y jamás recomiendo el lugar. Hay que trabajar mucho la atención al cliente.
The truth is that I was a long-time customer, I always had my cell phones and some equipment repaired until one day when I had a cell phone repaired it seemed that they were playing with my time, they told me that in the afternoon they would dial me to notify me of the status of the repair and they never did it, that was the story for several days and the cell phone urged me, they gave me a lot of lengths and a terrible customer service, to the point that I personally went to the place to see what was happening and the truth was very annoying I asked an answer, the result was that the one who seemed to be the manager put me to you by you and even left his counter very haughtily. I find the treatment they gave me disrespectful and especially the terrible service, just the fact of putting myself in that attitude, I used to be a customer, but this experience was the worst I have had in an establishment (I am sooo patient) . They lost a customer and I never recommend the place. You have to work a lot on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable que existan empresas como estas. Recomiendo a todos que no vayan a dejar su celular, porque cambian las piezas y luego ponen pegamento quitando otras.
Desde luego procederé legalmente y con la evidencia evidentemente para llegar a un arreglo.
Pero si quiero externarle a toda persona lo que sucedió.
Si no saben de otras compañías como huawei mejor externen eso. Envio foto para que Juzguen por ustedes mismos.

Excellent service I took my iPhone 6s because the screen broke, they changed it in 30 min. I had my equipment super fast, the price was very accessible with excellent quality, apart from the guy who was very friendly and attentive.
super recommended for all the above as they provide confidence, I have had bad experiences in other places and here everything was very honest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here fix iPhone XS broken screen, which cost me 7,000 pesos.
First time they fix it they left the side buttons volume buttons now working, I came back to fix it again they say I have to wait 2 to 3 days and that they need to fix more parts which cost more 5,000 pesos. I agreed, paid that came back after 3 days I got the phone speaker is not working, I came back to tell them that and the request more money, I highly do not recommend this place. The guys that work there are gentlemen the manager have a very rude and heavy attitude, I don’t know why???
I will never come back there again and never fix any thing there. Look for different choices ??!!!!
