★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, tardaron mucho en revisar mi impresora, me cobraron por el mantenimiento y me dijeron que ya estaba lista, hice pruebas en mi casa y resultó que no imprimía, la volví a llevar y que según ellos ya era otra cosa, la verdad no pierdan tiempo y arriesguen su patrimonio, les comparto mis notas como evidencia, saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... literalmente le pusieron cinta al cable de mi cargador, porque lo mocharon y le pusieron un conector adaptable a la entrada que tiene mi laptop que no es la original. Les pedí que la checaran y ver si era posible reemplazar y quitar todo el componente y ponerle el original, así como el cargador original, y de paso, me cobraron barato, pero ¿en serio?, nada recomendables.
... they literally put tape on my charger cable, because they screwed it up and put an adaptable connector on the input of my laptop that is not the original. I asked them to check it and see if it was possible to replace and remove all the component and put the original one, as well as the original charger, and incidentally, they charged me cheap, but seriously ?, not recommended.
