En contraste, No me gustó que el técnico de reparación es otra persona y no el señor que atiende.
Al entregarme no se me entregaron las piezas que se reemplazaron.
El thumbstick que traía no lo volvieron a poner y tuve que solicitarlo.
Pasada la garantía el control presentó una falla mínima en la pieza reparada.
Al revisar el control me di cuenta que faltaban tornillos, los tenía todos y ahora sólo venía con 3.
Hasta ahora el control, a pesar de las fallas mínimas, no se ha afectado su funcionamiento de manera considerable. Pero lastimosamente ya no puedo hacer válida la garantía.
En cuanto al costo se me hizo bastante accesible.
Les recomiendo considerar usar este servicio teniendo en cuenta esto que les comparto. Leo otras opiniones y tal vez yo sólo tuve la mala suerte de pasar por esto.
The personal attention was very friendly and there was good communication. My control repair was delivered a day later than stated.
In contrast, I did not like that the repair technician is someone else and not the man who attends.
Upon delivery, I was not given the parts that were replaced.
The thumbstick I brought was not put back and I had to request it.
After the guarantee, the control presented a minimal fault in the repaired part.
When checking the control I realized that there were missing screws, I had them all and now it only came with 3.
So far the control, despite minor flaws, has not been affected in any significant way. But unfortunately I can no longer make the warranty valid.
In terms of cost, it was quite affordable.
I recommend you consider using this service taking into account what I share with you. I read other opinions and maybe I just had the bad luck to go through this.
