★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención.. tengo más de un mes que pagué una pieza para mi lavadora y quedaron en tres días venir a ponerla.
Ya tengo más del mes y es hora de que no vienen a instalarla.. e hablado con Jesús el muchacho que vino que es de los dueños y siempre tiene una excusa y cada que hablo con él me dice que vendrá y no viene.
Yo e sido demasiado paciente y e tratado de entender los motivos que me da éste señor cada que hablo pero ya paso un mes.. ya cualquier motivo se me hace un pretexto.
Yo tenia buenas referencias de ellos pero la verdad con ésto ya lo siento como burla.
Very bad attention ... I have paid for a part for my washing machine for more than a month and they were in three days to come and put it in.
I already have more than a month and it is time that they do not come to install it .. and I talked to Jesus the boy who came who belongs to the owners and he always has an excuse and every time I talk to him he tells me that he will come and does not come.
I have been too patient and I have tried to understand the reasons that this man gives me every time I speak but a month has passed ... and for any reason I have a pretext.
I had good references of them but the truth with this I already feel it as a joke.
