Mientras esperan pueden esperar sentados en cómodas sillas, pasear por el mercado o comer dentro o fuera ya que hay restaurantes fantásticos muy cercanos. Encantada de reparar lo que tengo en lugar de desechar. Thanks for repairing my wallet so fast and so well! Located in the craft market in downtown Mérida. While they wait they can wait seated in comfortable chairs, stroll through the market or eat inside or outside as there are fantastic restaurants very close by. Delighted to repair what I have instead of throwing away.

I didn't use the service because there was a customer in the store complaining about the delay in her work and the clerk couldn't find her shoes.

Definitivamente ya no es lo que fue hace muchos años, y cayó en manos de personas que no saben absolutamente nada sobre servicio. Cuiden ademas los accesorios de sus bolsas o lo que lleven ya que además de todo, si son de buena marca, les intercambian o simplemente las retiran y fingen demencia. I do not recommend this place. The service is lousy, the treatment of their customers is totally unacceptable. The quality of their work is very poor. It is definitely not what it was many years ago, and it fell into the hands of people who know absolutely nothing about service. Also take care of the accessories of your bags or what you carry since in addition to everything, if they are of a good brand, they exchange them or simply remove them and feign dementia.

Dan un pesimo servicio te cobran por adelantado y no hacen lo que pides sino lo que quieren y como ya te cobraron no te quieren devolver el dinero, te dicen que no es su problema que ya hicieron el trabajo aunque no sea lo que pediste y si pones tu queja en su pagina lo borran inmediatamente, hoy me di cuenta que las 3 ultimas veces que he ido a llevar algo para reparar lo he tenido que botar, cuando lleven algo a reparar ahi tomenle fotos para que tengan modo de demostrar como esta y como te lo entregan, para que no les hagan perder horas esperando y luego no hagan lo que pediste y te digan que no es su problema su ineptitud. Roban accesorios de las bolsas. El servicio es pesimo. This place is not recommended. They give a terrible service, they charge you in advance and they don't do what you ask for but what they want and since they already charged you they don't want to return the money, they tell you that it's not their problem that they already did the job even if it's not what you asked for and yes you put your complaint on their page they delete it immediately, today I realized that the last 3 times I have gone to take something to repair I have had to throw it away, when they take something to be repaired there take photos so that they have a way to show how it is and how they deliver it to you, so that they don't waste hours waiting and then don't do what you asked for and tell you that their ineptitude is not their problem. They steal accessories from bags. The service is lousy.
L	Lilith Belial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service, here's my story: I left a pair of timberland pros for cleaning on November 1st with a scheduled pickup date of November 3rd yet they where not ready by then, no biggie, I told them I would be back for them on the 5th. I went to pick them up that very day to find out they used pumpkin soap (a special leather cleaning soap for oiled leathers) to "clean" my boots which completely ruined the finished, anyone with a little bit of common sense regarding leather care knows that suede and nubuck goods aren't supposed to be cleaned this way, they require a special cleaning agent that won't leave grease, gunk and flatten the finish, which they totally did. The kicker is that neither the employees and the owner admit their wrongdoing and want to fix the damages they provoked with their negligent care. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD TIME WITH KNUCKLEHEADED PEOPLE.
