Me toco acompañar a una amiga por su calzado todo muy bien, el lugar es impecable,serio con buen ambiente, el unico problema la chica de recepción tardo mucho para dar un cambio aparte de que estaba con mala cara y seria .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que marcar una estrella para poder expresar mi opinión pero realmente no la merece, ya que lleve unos zapatos para cambio de suela el día 13 de febrero indicando que estarían para el día 19; fui a recogerlos el 21 y todavía no estaban diciendo que estarían al día siguiente. Regrese el 23 y todavía no estaban. Por lo que fui el 2 de marzo y por fin los entregaron. Pero con un trabajo mal hecho y con el zapato maltratado.
Por lo que tengan cuidado, ya que su trabajo no es de calidad y tampoco económico.

Hicieron dar como 29 vueltas dos veces al día acudía para ver si ya están u me deicns que me la entregaban en la tarde luego que al Siguente día y así a ela llevaron por casi dos meses adema cobran carisimo y ni si quiera quedo la reparación por la que pague ?
Terrible service wear a leather jacket it took triple what they indicated and me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio se me hizo un lugar profesional por la imagen, pero de los problemas que todo mundo se queja es que no cumplen con las fechas de entrega, se pueden tardar hasta 3 meses, otro cosa que me molesto mucho es que cuesta mucho mantener mis tenis blancos impecables, me cobraron $350 pesos por un tratamiento, solo quedaron duros y actualmente pasa el de la tintorería y me cobra $45 pesos por dejarlos impecables, le doy dos estrella por un arreglo de sandalias y por un forro que me ayudaron, pero en ambos casos muy tardados y precios MUY CAROS, no lo recomiendo, creo que hay gente más profesional sin tanta imagen, espero que puedan mejorar su servicio, saludos
