Me recomendaron el lugar para reparar el cierre de una mochila y tuvieron 4 días hábiles, sábado y domingo para arreglarla y llegué y mi mochila está en el montón sin señal de que fueran a hacerle algo, solicité una devolución y me devolvieron el anticipo que dejé del 50% pero yo esperaba un mejor trabajo teniendo tan buena reputación. Tache doble.
Very bad experience. They recommended me the place to repair the closure of a backpack and they had 4 business days, Saturday and Sunday to fix it and I arrived and my backpack is in the pile with no sign that they were going to do something to it, I requested a return and they returned the advance that I left 50% but I expected a better job having such a good reputation. Double cross out.
