★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He recurrido varias veces a solicitar atención en la Reparadora del hogar Tláhuac, la mayoría de las ocasiones buscando refacciones para licuadora, entre cuchillas, empaques de goma, la base del vaso, en otra ocasión también un vaso y la última ocasión que fue la semana pasada llevé mi horno de microondas.
La atención siempre ha sido muy buena y sobre todo aprecio la honestidad de las personas que brindan el servicio.
Antes de llevar mi horno a la Reparadora del Hogar lo había llevado con unas personas cerca de mi casa que tienen una reparadora y sentí que me querían ver la cara. En el otro lugar me querían cobrar el doble de lo que en realidad me costó, hablando tanto de la revisión como también de la reparación y me pareció demasiado. Y además me dijeron que tenía 4 piezas que ya estaban inservibles y eso no lo creí, así que al parecer eso de que tenía tantas piezas descompuestas no era verdad.
Estoy muy contento con el servicio y sobre todo de poder ocupar nuevamente mi horno porque lo considero un excelente producto y sería muy difícil encontrar otro igual.
I have resorted several times to request attention at the Tláhuac Home Repair, most of the times looking for spare parts for a blender, between blades, rubber gaskets, the base of the glass, on another occasion also a glass and the last time it was the week Last time I brought my microwave oven.
The service has always been very good and above all I appreciate the honesty of the people who provide the service.
Before taking my oven to the Home Repairman, I had taken it with some people near my house who have a repairwoman and I felt that they wanted to see my face. In the other place they wanted to charge me twice what it actually cost me, speaking both of the revision and also of the repair and it seemed too much to me. And they also told me that I had 4 pieces that were already useless and I did not believe it, so apparently that that I had so many broken pieces was not true.
I am very happy with the service and especially of being able to use my oven again because I consider it an excellent product and it would be very difficult to find another like it.
