La llevé a otro lugar en otra ciudad y me diagnosticaron una falla en el cargador y ahora está funcionando bien. No sé que haya pasado, tengo fé en que no fuera algo intensional, pero quien sabe... M	Miriam Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a darle mantenimiento y actualización de Window a mi laptop (porque estaba lenta) y me la regresaron PEOR, comenzó a apagarse sin razón, regrese y me dijeron que era que la ram tenía unas "manchitas" lo cual podría ser la razón de que se apagará y me hizo el "favor"de ponerle otra. Al siguiente día se me volvió a apagar, obviamente ya no la lleve a este lugar solo me estaban haciendo perder mi tiempo. La lleve con otras personas que me dijeron que si la ram se hubiera descompuesto no había forma de encender la máquina (además que la que me cambiaron era otro voltaje) y claro las personas que no sabemos de esto ni cuenta nos damos. En reparalap me ofrecieron cambiar por un disco de estado sólido por $3000 pesos aprox cuando en el otro lugar costo $1200, conclusión, NO LO RECOMIENDO I took Windows to maintain and update my laptop (because it was slow) and they returned it to me WORSE, it started to turn off for no reason, I came back and they told me that it was that the ram had some "spots" which could be the reason that It will go out and he did me the "favor" of putting another one on it. Después de una semana les escribí para saber que había pasado, respondieron que ese mismo día me daban razón, la cual nunca llego, hasta el día siguiente, que yo tuve que ir hasta el local, solo para que me dijeran que el cel estaba muy dañado y que no tenía reparación. Decidí llevarlo a reparar a otro lugar, donde solo les tomo un total de 2 días: 1 para el diagnóstico y otro para la reparación. Hoy tengo mi celular ya reparado pero no gracias a ellos, solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo. Terrible service! I had my cell phone repaired and they agreed to send me the quote and diagnosis.
