Luis and Magui and the Team at Reparo Tu Mac are the best. I highly recommend. They repaired both a Mac Airbook and a Lenovo Yoga. Quickly and 100%. They had to have a Lenovo part shipped in from overseas and the DHL cost was reasonable. Thank you.

Amazing work! He fixed my computer in 1 day! And it wasn't an easy fix! Also he is just really cool... and easy going... I'm going to order come computer parts and have them sent to his store and he is going to assemble them for me! Such a great place!

I am very happy with my experience at Reparo Tu Mac. I went to them to fix some issues I was having with my 2014 Macbook Air keyboard. Although they did not respond through the chat message on Facebook, they were very responsive through email. They speak English, and I felt they were honest and offered a fair price. The day after they serviced my laptop, I discovered my internal microphone was not working. I troubleshot as much as I could and decided to write to them to see if it was possible something went wrong while they were replacing my keyboard and if they had any recommendations. They asked me to bring it back in. Once I did, they were able to diagnosis and fix the problem within 15 minutes and did not charge me again since it seem related to their work. I am very grateful for their service and would return if needed and of course recommend them to you all :)

Excelente servicio! I've got my laptop fixed here after it stopped working (eg not turning on). Apparently it was the humidity and I could pick it up 1.5 day later. Great service at a fair price and with honest advice. They are now fixing my adaptor as well.

Macbook Pro swelled separating itself. The computer still operated but it looked really damaged. These 2 guys (father and son) knew exactly what to do. There was a quick fix and a longer fix. Since I was motorcycling across Mexico I needed the quick so they opened the case and showed me 6 batteries blown up like balloons. Then they checked the OS, shut it down and carefully punctured the batteries slowly releasing the gas. When they were done, the case fit back like new and the OS worked as if nothing ever happened. In 15 minutes I went from nightmare to back to my dream of completing my trip. There was a rush service charge. Total 500 pesos. Cool. When I have a chance I'll get all the batteries replaced but for now everything works great and the power system is in top shape somehow, haha. Not even warning messages - Todo bien!!
