Tengo 52 años y me encanto que es de bajo impacto, no me lastimo nada y aunque obvio te cansas no es tan cardio como otros ejercicios y eso me encanto. Lo otro que me parece genial es que sea una clase, por que cuando iba al gym me tomaba más tiempo estar ahí y hacía menos ejercicio. Acá trabajas todo el cuerpo y aparte tienes un espacio al final de unos minutos de regalarte con una relajación de cuerpo y mente antes de salir de la clase. Felicidades al equipo! Muy empaticas y profesionales. I love it. I saw very fast results, obviously complying with my classes and a better diet. I'm 52 years old and I love that it's low impact, I don't hurt anything and although you obviously get tired, it's not as cardio as other exercises and I love that. The other thing that seems great to me is that it is a class, because when I went to the gym it took me longer to be there and I did less exercise. Here you work the whole body and apart from that you have a space at the end of a few minutes to treat yourself to a relaxation of body and mind before leaving the class. Congratulations to the team! Very empathetic and professional.
