★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato amable, te informan bien, por la pandemia pues tienen poco personal y horario reducido por lo que hay que tener paciencia e ir mentalizado a que el tiempo de espera es largo y no es culpa de los que laboran ahí ya que trabajan lo más rápido que les es posible, no los vez jugando ni perdiendo el tiempo y cada caso seguramente llevará tiempo distinto de atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden muy bien, solo deberían tener un poco de más paciencia con las personas mayores. En el horario publicado dice que cierran a las 14:00 y NO es así, cierran de martes a viernes a las 13:00 y los Lunes cierran 12:30. Upsss tuve suerte llegué justo a tiempo 12:50

Lo que se debe llevar es una copia del acta, una identificación oficial y el costo es de $90.
El horario de atención es de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas.

Tienes que llegar físicamente al lugar para leer un anuncio que dice que solamente están trabajando lunes, miércoles y viernes; esa información deberían de tenerla en redes sociales, en la contestadora mínimo para que uno no vaya a perder el tiempo los usuarios; y luego para que no tengan actas de nacimiento, muy amable me dieron un papel para sacarlo en un kiosko.
Tampoco tienen estacionamiento para usuarios, que "por que si llega la gobernadora se enoja".
En el kiosko de marina nacional no pueden imprimir un acta de nacimiento.
En el kiosko de plaza de la tecnología en naucalapan edo. México no sirve la máquina.
