La atención en el taller fue muy rápida y muy amable, y no me dieron ningún problema a la hora de pedir la validación de mi garantía. Definitivamente fue una buena experiencia como usuario del servicio, aunque aún falta que me entreguen mi producto reparado (8-10 días según me explicaron en el taller). The place is hard to find, but it's easy to get directions. If you have any question in particular, they solve it quickly. The attention in the workshop was very quick and very friendly, and I did not have any problem when requesting the validation of my guarantee. It was definitely a good experience as a user of the service, although I still have to get my repaired product (8-10 days as they explained to me in the workshop).
S	Sabás García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, sin embargo los tiempos de entrega y los hechos o evidencias están muy alejados de sus afirmaciones...por ejemplo a una consola que se reparó me dijeron que quedaría como nueva y que ya le habían hecho distintas pruebas, lo cual no coincide porque traía un Fader torcido y una falla de conexión!!! En fin ahí estaré haciendo válida mi garantía de 90 días ya que el costo fué bastante considerable como para que presente fallas.... The service is good, however the delivery times and the facts or evidence are very far from their claims ... for example to a console that was repaired they told me that it would be like new and that they had already done different tests, which does not match because it brought a crooked Fader and a connection failure !!! Anyway, there I will be making my 90-day warranty valid since the cost was considerable enough for it to present failures ...
