En esta tienda compre una cortadora de walt y venia con un defecto de fabrica,quedaron que se me iba a rembolsar mi dinero pero la persona encargada me trae a puras vueltas y cada vuelta que doy me da una escusa diferente y no he podido recuperar mi dinero.

Siendo que la póliza claramente indica q son dos años y presente toda la documentación que viene estipulada. Y al final después de demostrarles que tenía la razón u pseudo técnico creyéndose el Dios de las máquinas da un diagnóstico sin haber ni siquiera visto la misma. Y que me la recibían pero que tendría costo para mí. Por lo que no recomiendo su servicio.
Conclusión ; no hacen válida la garantía como centro de servicio q son

Malo, malo y muy malo, ¿no sé que les paso?, tengo desde noviembre que les pague un combo Dewallt y no me han entregado, tenia tiempo de entrega 10 días, va un mes y no saben para cuando, pero eso si facturaron y se fueron de vacaciones y no me dieron respuesta

En la página de Dewalt te mencionan que el mantenimiento comprende o cubre limpieza y el rotomartillo me lo entregaron casi casi igual que como lo ingrese. De que abrieron eso estoy seguro, de que le hayan realizado algún mantenimiento lo dudo.
Pensé que era un servicio más profesional pero me decepcionaron bastante. Y una de las señoritas recepcionistas, de verdad parece que te esta haciendo un favor al atenderte. Primera y última vez que acudo con ellos para realizar algún servicio o mantenimiento.
