Cuando escribimos para que pudieran cambairlo, nos dijeron que NOSOTROS TENÍAMOS QUE PAGAR LA PAQUETERÍA DE IDA Y DE VUELTA. Es una verdadera vergüenza el trato al cliente y además que contestan con una hostilidad que da pena.
My partner asked me for a foundation, which was 4 times darker than the shade he requested. When we wrote so they could change it, they told us that WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE ROUND TRIP PACKAGE. The treatment of the client is a real shame and also that they respond with a hostility that is embarrassing.
