★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very historical park with markets and events. The dome is the scaled down plans of a new legislative building. The museum is free on Sundays and informative if you understand Spanish. The view from the dome is good and enjoy it with a good coffee. Back when the dome was built, it was the tallest building in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly it was closed off at the time due to Covid and a protest that was about to take place
However, still a wonderful site and much was to be learned from its history! The building was supposed to be similar to the White House but funding was taken away during the construction process. In order to salvage what was still there, the land was instead used as a plaza and underground there is a museum where you can learn more about the meaning behind the monument :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazing monument. For somebody who can do some physical exertion the climb inside the dome is great. But it would not work well if you're difficult with stairs
