ABSOLUTE FRAUD. They are the same company that I purchased vacation package from a few years ago, and they have now changed their name and pretend that "the company I initally purchased package with no longer exists but has transferred customer database to them", which is a complete lie. They are changing the terms of my purchase AFTER THE FACT and when I opposed they say "we are not the same company you purchased your package with so we don't have to follow those terms", nor do they "have to refund" anything cause .... AGAIN... they are "not the same company". So they are trying to run this scam where a company pretends to "shut down" and while shutting down just for NO REASON AT ALL just hands over 100% of their consumer database, contact info, financial transactions, codes attached to specific certificates with the distinct detailed outline of said certificates.... I mean it's unbelievable. I have filed a report with my CC Fraud and Crime Dept. Next, I'm onto BBB, FBI, AG and anywhere I can post a review to help other potential victims not make the same mistake as I did.

FRAUD ALERT!!! These jackals will call you---in plain violation of the Federal No-Call List---and then they will try to sweet talk you into a vacation package at some resort, most likely in Puerto Vallarta, with a "bonus vacation" somewhere else. It all sounds great until you realize it is a total scam. This business needs to be shut down, and the operators of it need to be punished. I strongly recommend that you do not do business with them.

RES PUSH RIPOFF!! got a caller during my dinner last week and was told that the company we purchased our vacation from, myvacationresorts.com went out of business and Res Push had acquired their account. they told me they have been trying to reach me for months my email, I had not received any. They proceeded to tell me that if I didn't purchase another vacation package today for $570 US that I would loose my original package that was valid for 6 years. I refused to give them anymore money and they terminated my original vacation certificate. stay away big scam and ripoff.

They are running a scam from other failed travel businesses and trying to scam you out of more money. Their lie is that "your agency" failed business and they bought the database and want to charge you more money to keep your trip that the other business failed. No guarantee that they won't fail either or sending good money after bad money to another mexican scammer. My agency was sun leisure international. 1200 hard earned cash gone. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MEXICAN COMPANIES

How is this not shut down yet, lost $1900 to them? Barclaycard did not back me up on this purchase so I dropped them like a bad habit. Who wants to take a trip to mexico with me to get a refund?

Definitely scammy. Same experience as others. Purchased a discount vacation on condition I sit through a promotional presentation where they try to sell you on a vacation service (aka timeshare). I had bought one before and it was fine. This one was purchased just before the pandemic. The pandemic caused this company to declare bankruptcy - which is understandable. What is not understandable is the scammy part. Essentially they created a new corporate identity for themselves so that they could avoid their creditors and then claimed all vacations purchased have been “deactivated”. In order to “reactivate” you would need to pay additional money in return for another vacation they would give you on top of the one you had already purchased. So essentially they are saying they have the product - which is the promo vacation, but are being heavy handed in trying to force you into paying for another one in order to use the one you’d already paid for, all under the guise of a bankruptcy buy out. And if that weren’t enough, the guy was extremely rude and pushy with serious a$$hole qualities. Even if I did want to reactivate and take 1000 vacations post pandemic, I would never give that guy the satisfaction of a sale. Do what you gotta do folks. I feel a credit card company call is in my future.

Hi, I was able to travel with the original company in 2018. At this point, I don't remember the name but at least I got my money's worth. Then when I tried to book my cruise, I call at least 100 times and spoke with a Marsha, others and most times put on hold for a long period of times, and hung up on until I gave up. I did get my 6 days and 5 nights for about $699 plus tax for Puerto Vallarta Cancun. It was worth more than the $699. However, a few days ago, 12/11/2021, I get this email stating that I will lose my $810 if I did not make reservation within 12 hours. When I called, my concern was if they still had access to my credit card info. So...they do not; however, they want $571 to reactivate. On top of that, they have been blowing up my phone to make reservation so that they may scam me out of $571. It's not going to happen. I actually blocked their number. I believe it's a scam. They are trying too hard, plus I have read the reviews and people have paid the $571 and trying to book their vacation and they are still giving people the run around.
