★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te hacen válida la garantía que supuestamente presumen tener. Tardan demasiado en darte respuesta y lo peor del caso es que le echan la culpa al cliente si el equipo no queda bien, argumentado que hiciste mal uso de éste después de la reparación. El gerente es un tipo que no tiene sentido del servicio al igual que sus trabajadores.
Terrible service, the guarantee that they presume to have is not valid. They take too long to give you an answer and the worst thing is that they blame the customer if the equipment does not fit, arguing that you misused it after the repair. The manager is a guy who has no sense of service just like his workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero me trajeron la pieza equivocada y a partir de ahí me traían semana tras semana acudiendo sin respuesta solo con la misma frase de “Se tarda el mensajero” y no me tuvieron la pieza hasta casi un mes después. La verdad quedó descontento con el servicio y el trato.
First they brought me the wrong piece and from there they brought me week after week, going unanswered with only the same phrase of "It takes the messenger" and they didn't have the piece until almost a month later. The truth was unhappy with the service and treatment.
