Cometí la equivocación de llevarles mi celular a reparar (el display estaba roto). No solo entregaron tarde sino que, además, el display nuevo presenta varios defectos de funcionamiento, que varían desde presionarse solo hasta no reaccionar al tacto y presentar descolocación general en la pantalla.
Al intentar hacer válida la garantía, me exigieron dejar mi equipo de telefonía para llevarlo a las oficinas de un tercero (mismo que debo asumir que no robará piezas o información de mi teléfono), durante dos días. Ante esta situación, preferí quedarme con el display defectuoso.
Ridículo. Lleven sus teléfonos a cualquier otro lado y eviten desperdiciar dinero

When trying to validate the warranty, I was required to leave my telephone equipment to take it to the offices of a third party (the same that I must assume will not steal parts or information from my phone), for two days. In this situation, I preferred to stay with the faulty display.
Ridiculous. Take your phones anywhere else and avoid wasting money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno el servicio he llevado mi Mac y mi iPhone 6 y quedaron muy bien, sobre todo el iPhone le cambiaron la pantalla hace como 8 meses y no tengo ningún problema los recomiendo; hace como un año se me rompió y lo lleve a otra empresa que tiene islas en centros comerciales y a los pocos meses empezó a fallar el touch.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, super honesto lleve mi mac y me habían dicho en otro lado que ya no funcionaba, aquí diagnosticaron un corto interno el cual solucionaron y llevo casi un año usando sin problemas, después aumentaron la memoria RAM y quedo mucho mejor, la iPad de mi hija le cambiaron el cristal y me la entregaron muy bien. Ingeniero le agradezco sus atenciones.

Lleve mi laptop a reparación en marzo 20, le cambio el teclado y todo a funcionado bien, adicional tuvo un error y daño la pantalla, la cambio sin costo y a funcionado perfectamente la laptop, también le lleve un celular a reparación y me avisó que si se hacía la reparación tal vez el celular no funcionaría, me habló con la verdad y eso se aprecia. Lo único malo sería lo del tiempo de entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, en mi empresa me ha reparado ya bastantes equipos y sin contratiempos, tengo una iMac de 27 que andaba muy lenta y me dieron un servicio interno completo, estaba super sucia y de nuevo quedo bastante rápida, también me hicieron upgrade a un SSD de otra iMac, recomiendo ampliamente al Inge.
