One of the best, we went camping and it was great, the forest guards very friendly, the facilities well-maintained, the well-marked trails (although one or another brand needs maintenance) and very pleasant to walk through the forest. At night you can hear the owls and by day you can enjoy the woodpeckers, the blue charas and the hummingbirds.

If you love to walk and nature is a place you should go. Wear boots so you can walk more comfortably because if you wear other shoes you will be left with land inside the shoes ??. If your car is not tall DO NOT get it up and leave it in the first or second parking lot as the road is suitable for tall cars only. You walk like 15 minutes from the second parking lot to the reserve entrance. Put on sunscreen and wear a hat (although many times along the way the trees protect you from the sun), bring a small bottle of water so you don't carry it and it will weigh you down. The signs are not so clear, you must pay attention. There are several routes to climb, you choose how much you like to walk and be in the forest, it is safe. They charge around $30 per person.

Very nice spot for trail runnning, mountain bike and the campground was totally empty (weekday) at night: beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of pine trees! We loved it! Vehicle access was closed just before 5pm: pedestrians and cyclists can still enter the campground after 5pm, but you'll have to park before the entrance (neighbors offer to watch over your car during the nigh) and walk half hour to the campground.
