They overcharge you! Very bad service!
I've tried multiple times to contact the administration to reimburse a payment to my credit card, with very limited responses and after almost two months nothing has happened.
I will for sure not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reserve is beautiful since it is largely undisturbed. Have not tried the restaurant. It does seem to close rather early. The grounds provide a nice location for a wedding. The afternoon we went we stumbled on a wonderful Aztec wedding ceremony and saw beautiful seating awaiting the attendees in a salon that was fully open on one side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beautiful place to stay and relax. went with my wife and we really enjoyed our stay. the pool area is beautiful. the massage was the cherry on top. a short 5 minute drive to portales de suchitlan for a delicious breakfast in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room’s clean, beautiful place overlooking the city. Walls are too thin you can hear TV from other room’s and kids playing in courtyard late at night. Would consider staying during the week only weekends seems very busy and noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the place, the room, the environment; until some guests decided that putting music at 3am was a good idea. I called to the registered hotel number (twice), to ask staff to take care of the situation, but nobody attended.
This is enough for me to never come back, which is a shame because the place has lot of potential.
