★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento de lujo, muy bonito, nuevo, no es demasiado grande aunque los lotes son amplios, tiene acceso controlado, 2 areas publicas con baños y asador, trotapista, camaras de seguridad internas, casa club con acabados de lujo, con 2 albercas, regaderas, un pequeño gimnasio, y sala comun. El fraccionamiento está ubicado en un zona que promete mucho crecimiento y plusvalía. Parece ser un buen lugar para vivir.
It is a luxury subdivision, very nice, new, it is not too big although the lots are large, it has controlled access, 2 public areas with bathrooms and barbecue, trotapista, internal security cameras, clubhouse with luxury finishes, with 2 swimming pools , showers, a small gym, and common room. The subdivision is located in an area that promises much growth and added value. It seems to be a good place to live.

IT HAS GOOD GROUNDS. FOR THE CONDOMINIUMS IT IS GOOD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE GUARDIANS, THEIR BEHAVIOR LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THEY BELIEVE THE OWNERS OF THE PLACE.
