Nos encanto el lugar, sin duda fue un buena estancia, muy natural justo lo que queríamos, el agua con la que te bañas es de cenote (sabe un poco salada), tiene luz solar, el cuarto donde nos quedamos no tenia televisión, no tiene aire acondicionado son ventiladores, así que si ustedes quieren tener todo eso no creo sea un lugar para estar, pero si lo que buscan es estar en la naturaleza y descansar, es un lugar muy hermoso ya que lo primero que escuchas a las 6:00 de la mañana es el canto de los pajaritos y eso es maravilloso. Nathalie, Sebastian y Jess, fueron muy amables en todo momento les estamos muy agradecidos por todas las facilidades que nos dieron, sin duda alguna volveremos a hospedarnos ahí cuando volvamos a ir.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in April, we had booked three nights but could only manage one. When we checked out the place it looked good but we couldn't see the room because someone was in it. We checked-in and started to get settled. Almost immediately we noticed the room was a hot box. We turned the fan on high but nothing was cooling the room. It ended up being cooler outside than in our room. We sucked it up and thought, well it will be cooler at night, so we went out and came back - not true. We were sweating and uncomfortable. My boyfriend decided to go outside and lay in the hammock since it was cooler outside. About half an hour later he came in moaning in pain. His entire back was bit up with fist size welts from whatever was living in the hammock before he showed up. At this point we didn't sleep and were completely miserable and uncomfortable. I called the host the following day and said we could not stay there the remaining nights. We explained how uncomfortable we were and said we were willing to pay for the 2nd night but could be get a refund for the 3rd night. She said she would speak to her boss. The payment was all through PayPal so it should have been no problem. We were told she would follow up with us that day via WhatsApp. After multiple attempts to reach her after that, she finally responded saying there was no way to refund. This place is a scam. We paid $130 a night for this and it was one of the worst experiences. We ended up re-booking at a hostel in the city, Jardin De La Frida, for $60 a night, private room, with AC, good water pressure, morning breakfast and great company. Oh, and I'm surprised no one has killed themselves on their rachet stair case and wooden walkway.
