Interesting house models, but the area leaves a lot to be desired, getting there is already a bit risky, very few amenities, the finishes of the houses are good, but the only house that I liked was the one that is currently their offices, of which there are no longer houses.

I bought with great enthusiasm but the owner of the subdivision Juan Germán and Luis Miguel have made the room very heavy due to their arrogance. It is not true that we live in security. We continue to insist carefully that they solve the problems that have led to thefts. We are exposed to the surrounding neighborhoods.

I am going to be very honest, I bought a house in this subdivision, they sold me a false idea of ​​everything they tell you on social networks and at the time of the sale, it was super cool, now Luis Miguel and Juan Germán, They do not respond to the settlers who live in the subdivision, they are super rude, indifferent and with an air of grandeur. I feel disappointed because with an illusion, with the effort of my savings, I acquired a home that assured me: 1. Security, something that there is not, since for 3 years there have been robberies, to the houses. We have asked them in the most attentive way to divide the entrance of personnel such as masons, engineers, salesmen, buyers and they have ignored these requests. 2. The electrical mesh that they say works, never works, they don't finish it completely. 3. The fences that would have to give it the added value of a closed and private subdivision, are not finished, they have horrible unevenness, they cover the holes that remain with sheets. 4. They charge 500 pesos for maintenance, where there is only one gardener who is already very old and cannot manage all the houses and common areas. The maintenance is supposed to include you, the security that is terrible, the green areas and the own garden that by the way look horrible, the light and the water of the palapa that is in a fatal state. 5. They promised a "pet-friend" zone in their false advertising, which there is not. 6. Some houses still have damage and there are dates that are not covered by their "guarantee". 10. Behind the subdivision there is a wasteland full of dead animals, rotten food and even old mattresses. A horrible smell comes into the houses. 11. The area is very bad, the street to get there, which is the branch, is crazy since it has only one lane, the patrols go by very quickly since the command post is a few meters away, which is really useless, there is a recycler that releases toxic gases in the houses, outside the mere subdivision is a government car pension, which looks terrible. 12.
