★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa muy pequeña, rente la casa 137 la peor experiencia de todas al inicio muy amables hasta que deje la casa más de 80 dias para que me devolvieran el depósito y lo hacen incompleto pero eso sí ellos cobran inmediatamente sino cobran intereses.
Si pides factura jamás te la entregan o te quieren cobrar el IVA.
Los desgastes naturales de la casa te lo enjaretan a ti porque el señor quiere mantener su casa impecable a costa de sus arrendatarios.
Cabe resaltar que la arrendadora es VRA y la que muestra la casa es Carmen.
Desconocen completamente el código civil que aplica a la renta de casas pues no quieren devolver nunca el dinero tenían 30 días para entregar el reporte de daños y no lo entregaron jamás solo después de 80 días mandan una factura sin haber sido aprobada por el ex arrendatario.
